The MC16 is the least artificially restricted NSR (i.e. intentionally restricted by Honda/law), so in my opinion is the least likely to need adjustment with minor modifications. However, as there are no official "full power" settings from Honda for any of the NSR250s, I would still strongly recommend erring on the side of caution with any modification.
