I haven't personally but my MC16 did come with (cheap copy) MC28 panels. More experienced members here will be able to tell you about compatibility of the fairing mounts etc, but in theory the dimensions should be fine. In my case I'm going to be fitting a Tyga MC28 kit eventually but I'll probably make my own mounts.
