I've had a details convo with Steve and Old Gold last week and they don't and won't do this any more, too painful he says!
They will purchase bikes they know will sell and they can get compliance and will do it that way.
They've been inventive with compliancing a Post-89 bike with a Pre-89 compliance plate to get it in and registered.
Apparently customers were being a pain in the (_*_), so they've stopped that.
Keep an eye on their import lists as an NSR may come up.
I'm also looking into importing and focusing on NSR,s so will keep all on this forum updated.
