I am interest to buy a new set of gauges for my MC21 and I saw this:

This is the first speedo from NSR 250 with 220km/h in the speedometer I have ever see.
I contacted with the seller and he told me that the gauges are the original.
Is this an aftermarket speedo panel, a modification one, or a rare speedo set?
