Suspension - "R" forks freshly rebuilt with new seals and oil, Maxton rear shock.
Brakes - Stock brakes and calipers with HRC rear fluid reservoir, HEL front hoses, all calipers and master cylinders stripped, cleaned, re assembled with new seals as required and fresh fluid.
Chassis - standard MC21 fame, swinging arm, sub frame, clip ons and lower yoke, MC28 top yoke. Suspension re greased and exhaust hanger vibration dampers replaced.
Wheels - MC21R rear wheel and RVF400 front, Dunlop KR 364 tyres 120/70 - 17 front, 160/55 - 17 rear
Bodywork - Fibreglass race bodywork
Electrics - MC21 PGM 3 with stock Generator and HRC race loom and HRC derestriction box. HRC F3 replica dash
Carbs - MC21 carbs with pod filters (air box removed) and re-jetted to suit.
Engine - MC21 dry clutch engine freshly rebuilt, Crank rebuilt with new mains, all seals replaced, good used set of "R" cylinders and heads with good plating and no cracks in the exhaust port bridge, low mileage pistons and rings.
Exhausts - Dog Fight Racing chambers refurbished with new manifold stubs and freshly repacked Tyga end cans.
Please bear in mind this is a track bike only, the frame was imported from Japan to be used as a race bike and is not road registered.
