I'm going to be designing and building 2 styles of pipes this winter.

I had heard the stock pipes are good, so I already have some ideas.

I have silencers on my OEM pipes currently, I'm not a fan of super LOUD exhaust note, but it didn't change much fitting different silencers on.

Good point about loud without end cans, telltale sign of no internal stingers.

I'd assume then the stock chambers are double walled, reason for being heavy, and how they deaden the raspy sound the stock exhaust lack even with glass pack silencers.
