The RHS air corrector hose should clip into the plastic coated metal clip, the same as the LHS does in your photo. The stock setup is symmetrical.
The breather hose on a stock bike should run through the red clip that the air corrector hose is currently held by, and down the side of the right carb. It won't hurt to re-route it, and unless you find yourself and the bike upside down in a ditch somewhere, you should be perfectly safe!
