How do i tell what model i have from the serial number and engine number?

Engine is: MC16E 121025 with a Dry Clutch so i know its an SE or SP
Vehicle identification number is : MC21 1011976 so i know its an MC21.
The question is what year and is it an SP or SE? how do i tell.
