I have a problem with my NSR 250 mc28 SP from 1994 when I put on the pgm card in. All the turns on when I do this and I canīt start the bike. As the ownerīs manual instructions on page 18-3 says, the problem could be with the fuses of the bike, so I changed every one and replaced by new ones, but the bike has the same problem.
I couldnīt know whatīs happens, because it could be ok to start. I bought it one year ago in England and arrived home in Spain last week. The battery was unconnected and low level when I tried it, so spent one night charging it. Now the battery is full and connected again, but when I put in the pgm card, both turns signal on intermittent... I talk with the bike shop where I bought it, and the seller says the bike was working well before crated and ship it.
Any idea of the possible issue? No warning light on the display, just the turns on. No gas at the moment in the tank, to give you all the information possible. All the fuses are new, and in the right place. The battery is connected, and eveything seems right.
