It's a "noisy" day, so no worries about black flags etc. Also, being a Friday, hopefully it will make it easier for some to take a day off work!
As per usual, "inters" is the group to book in to if you want to be out on track with all the exotica.
As well as the brace of NSR500s that we always take, we'll also be running the race-kitted RC213V-S and H2R this year, plus the RC's (30/45/51), and anything else we can physically transport!
As the day has now evolved into an "exotica" day, and after the success of last year, this year we're inviting representatives of the "Big 4" and Ducati along. We will be asking them to each bring a bike if they wish to ride ours all day, as we had people trying to hog bikes last year that didn't even bring something to share! We will try and have 2017 CBR1000RR-SP, YZF R1-M, ZX10-R, GSX-R1000R, and maybe even the Gen.2 Superleggera there. Quite how generous the manufacturers will be with them remains to be seen though!
James Hillier should be joining us again, and we have a couple of other names pencilled in, depending on their commitments closer to the date.
Also provisionally OK'd are a couple of RGV500s (we had 2x ex-Schwantz bikes running there last year), and I'm trying to entice a couple of YZR500s.
