The "system" is certainly far more complicated than it ever needs to be, and does it solve anything? No! That was clearly evident last year at the No Limits Endurance race when two silver Volvo estates happened to park opposite each other, with identical registration plates!

Why people need to jump through so many hoops to do something legitimately really narks me, when it has no effect on the criminal element whatsoever.
