Does anyone know if the R5K and later model longer idle screw cables will fit the 2J/4J carburettor bracket? What is the screw size and pitch?

Found a Japanese seller with a new cable for the MC21(two washers and a spring).

Adjustment with the standard screw is quite difficult.
