I can't tell you the thickness, but I am almost certain they are the same as those used on some other more recent models (on the rear shocks, I seem to recall) that are still available to purchase from Honda.

I'm afraid I can't tell you which models, because I simply can't remember where I saw them, but I am sure you can get them! If you want genuine OEM, you'll need to trawl Google Images and the like to cross reference them. I am 99% positive they are out there!
