To cut a long story short, the brand new STD crankshaft was used for about 10 laps to run in the new RS 250 out of the crate before removing it out and installing the A KIT crank with the smaller center flywheel and Incanel pipes and A KIT Cylinders and heads.
The STD Crank was then treated with Tectyl corrosion protection and repacked in the A KIT anti corrosion pack with the moisture absorbing sachets and stored at my Parents place in Pretoria which is 1600 meters above sea level, which is the perfect environment to store such items.
Imagine my surprise when I rediscovered the crankshaft and other RS 250 goodies when we moved my Parents.
Just need to establish the value and then it can go to give a lovely Honda somewhere a new lease of life
