I would say a crows foot with the crows foot at 90 degrees or the appropriate recalculated torque value is the ideal way to go.
I have been meaning to buy myself a crows foot for this but I just use a ring spanner and calibrate my arm to the other 3 torqued nuts And before you take the piss Andy I have a HRC video with 2 HRC technicians building a MC18 F3 bike who use this exact same technique
