I just got my mc18 delivered today! woohoo so excited right? Then here are things that I did:
1. Put 2t oil in it making sure it's full.
2. I turned on the choke and started the bike, bike started with like 5 kicks.
3. forgot to turn off the choke off...Ran 5 miles to the gas station and got the premium gas filled in the tank.
4. Kick start easily. Ran to liquor store. I think the choke was still on at this point.
5. 10 minutes later, kick start won't work. A few push start it worked. Ran for 5 miles home.
6. 5 hours later, kick start worked again. Ran 8 miles.
7. 20 minutes later, kick start won't work. Push start worked. Ran 8miles home.
8. 2 hours later, kick start won't work. Push start worked.
9. Ran on the highway 75m/h for 10 miles. When it slowed down to local from 5th to 2nd with low rpm(clutch pulled), engined stopped.(didn't sound like seize)
10. At this point, neither kickstart nor push start would work.
11. Waited 30 minutes, kick start worked again. Push start wouldn't work. However, bike idled for 1 minute then shut down.
12. Waited 1 hour, pulled fuel to off, kick start worked again.
13. Back on the local with some high rpms at 1st and 2nd for 10-20 minutes, engine stopped again.
14. Fuel back to reserve, kick start worked immediately, ran for 1 minute, engine stopped.
15. Kick started the bike on reserve, ran for 2 miles, engine stopped again.
16. Kick start wouldn't work. Pull the bike home and drank 3 bottles of coke(Coca Cola!) to end the day.

Guys, what do you think the problem is? Carburetor? Plugs? I had someone did the plugs and pistons for me right before delivery as well as a top end rebuild(changed a few seals, but not the center seal).

By the way how do you guys upload images of the bike? I've tried jpg and jpeg and both seems over 256kb which is the maximum size allowed.
