We've dyno'd MC28s with similar spec, and on the same dyno that we've tested dozens of other NSRs on, in literally hundreds of configurations, the best we ever saw was around 55hp. (Usually closer to 53hp.)

The best "delimited" MC28 with and HRC card/jet kit/race pipes etc. (i.e. bolt-on upgrades) was 63hp. Any MC28 without the HRC card has always been 8-10hp down.
