It looks "interesting", but to be honest, I'd be more inclined to look at an Ignitech, which comes with a standard base map for the MC21, and is programmable. It's also cheaper, will have no import charges, and no doubt easier to get support for, or claim for any potential warranty issues (good luck with that one from any Chinese supplier!).
For that Chinese one to be appealing, I'd need to see it for under £200. Cost of manufacture in China is likely not even $20. They're pricing it solely based on used OEM Honda Shindengan unit prices, and I expect relying on potential buyers being speculators whom may be naive to NSR250s and looking for an easy fix for their "flipping" investment.
