is everyone else's neutral really hard to find or is it just my bike....

i've been told its easier to find when coming to a stop. everytime im at the lights i cant get neutral until the lights turn green...hahaha...

is having the clutch in at the lights for about 3-4mins detrimental to dry clutch?
