Mixing fully synthetics is fine, so going from say Castrol TTS to Rockoil Synthesis 2 Injector or Silkolene Pro2 Injector will cause no problems at all.

Mixing synthetic oils with castor based oils (such as Castrol A747) is the big no-no!
