Appreciate the welcome. There is very little out there on the NS250R. I'm on a Suzuki SV forum (which has a surprisingly strong following) and follow RGV sites, but for the NS, not much unfortunately. Therefore glad to discuss the NS if anybody needs information (or for me to obtain information).

I didn't document the rebuild (have a few photos). It's a 1984 model with HRC colours (white with some decals) and was imported into AUS from Japan as it had been sitting for a long time after suffering from road rash. I repaired, repainted, replaced and rebuilt almost everything, then repainted it in Rothmans Colours which I think are nicer. Along the way, have learnt a lot about the bike, and am grateful for those that answered my (endless?) questions - such as Ian Wright in the UK and a local mechanic who specialises in two-strokes.
