Yeah, I have no problems accessing with PIA VPN, but it's strange why this has happened. Maybe some new EU privacy or trading restriction, or maybe just something to do with the shipping problems that Japan seems to currently be experiencing with getting stuff to the UK and EU?

I don't really think it's going to stop anyone buying from Yahoo! if they really want to though.
