If you are talking about MC28 needle button you have a few options.
1. Very carefull modify the stock ones.
2. Buy this pair on Jauce - link below, but wasn't clear if springs included. Can find springs at good hardware store.
3. Have a set printed in nylon using an online service from file I made a few years ago. I had some made and they work fine, may need a little mod to fit spring you will need to buy. There are many online sites who do plastic printing, but gotta be nylon or other plastic impervious to fuel. I'm actually surprised T2 Racing in Japan hasn't started selling these.

Shipping parts to you from US however small will be costly even if I give you the buttons. It will be cheaper to have them printed locally.
