As Sami says, we don't allow jetting discussion in the public area, for silly historical reasons. Further qualifying Sami's post, it is indeed absolutely recommended that the jetting is carefully checked whenever any modification is made. There's generally quite a large [rich] margin built into the stock jetting to cover a wide range of atmospheric and topological conditions, but I wouldn't rely on those stock settings to be suitable to also cover mechanical changes.
If you check the standard carb settings in the Technical Resources section, you'll see they're quite different, so I strongly advise initially taking care.
