Here is my question

When I adjust the valves with the center of the hole, the aligned mark,and the valve motor is on "hi" (method ON/OFF unplug the trottle) there remains 1mm of possible rise at the valve. ( for the 2 valves)
When I adjust the valves with the alignment of the exhaust port with my finger (there is a little play left) then I am 1.5mm to the left of the mark on the two valves.

Which solution is the right one? Did I do a bad thing?is the servomotor not completely opened with this procedure?
