PO had it only short time and got some aftermarket fairings for it.
Seems fairly complete, it's all there, but lacking maintenance:
- radiator half-full, slight leak out of lower-cylinder hose when warmed-up
radiator cap wasn't fitting on radiator neck fully, it was bent up. I straightened best I can and sanded top flat and smooth
no oil in transmission
forks half empty
petrol stale, I emptied and refreshed
carb in decent shape, I cleaned it up and verified all hoses connected properly, no leaks
petcock wasn't tightened to tank, dripped like mad when turned on. Tightened up ring and it's sealing now.
tyres 5-yrs old, but unused
So bike sat for at least 5-yrs. It actually started up on 2nd crank!
To do:
- verify oil-pump works properly
- go through and lube all RC valve cables and verify it works properly.
