As far as I'm aware, there are no officially published colours for the forks or disc centres. Your best bet would be to take one of each to your local PPG suppler, and get them to "match to sample". They have a huge range of physical colour swatches they can offer up to the parts, or sample the colours with a spectrophotometer. They should then be able to mix the colour(s) and supply either conventional tins of paint or aerosol cans.
