I think it would be worth a trip to SPA Motorcycles to get Rob Pemberton to have a look. He always recommends Shell super. I try to use Shell or BP premium fuel. It could also be worth checking the oil pump as well. I've got a spare reliable one you could try. It was on my bike and only changed for a shiny new one 🙂
