Not without getting it repaired, and even then there's limited value really. I expect it's possibly not even worth what it would cost to repair, so you won't even break even.

Theoretically it could be used in the same manner as the SP rear head [on an R model] but I've never seen it done. You could possibly machine it to SP spec, but you'd need to machine off the H on the top and stamp L in it's place. Personally, I don't think it's worth the effort.

The issue is NSRs are extremely sensitive to compression changes. They run right on the edge already, and it's even recommended to run an HRC 0.6mm base gaket when doing to head conversion, so messing about with an R head trying to make it usable is very risky in my personal opinion.
