As it was a relatively warm and dry weekend, I took the old girl out for a spin, and ended up going out both days including a soirée into Wales for an extended day trip and a stop off at Tintern Abbey for lunch – cracking place for saying it’s been in ruins since 1536
Anyway total mileage for the weekend was 134 or 215km as the Odo now reads
As it’s been a good few months since I last properly got out I have to confess to a bit of neck ache but otherwise its still as good to ride as it was on back in the 1990’s albeit the insurance is a lot cheaper these days – downside I’ll spend the next few evenings cleaning the dust and muck of her, something I wouldn’t have done in the 80’s and 90’s
