completed the top end rebuild. Managed to source a barrel from drschneider (nsr forum member in Germany) Thanks mate
I decided to do both pistons (of course) and my total cost was under £300.
I have to say Jo at apexleisure was a great help with parts
The bike started after about 7-10 kicks and warmed up nicely.
I read the running in process and it seems very short to me. Any suggestions to mileage that should be covered? I always thought it was about 500miles
Anyways I still have to sell it to get a bike for commuting to work
I shall be putting her on ebay again ........
