As Andy said they all have to be reprogrammed to the specific PGM.

The good news however is that if you want the 030 program you don't actually need a 030 card, a 000, 010, 020 or 030 will accept a 030 program. I actually think a standard card will take a 030 program but I am not 100% sure on that one.
