The following features no longer work once you do the wire splice and install the stock card. Mainly because the wire splice has bypassed them. You would only regain their functionality if undo the splices.
1. 2T oil tank low level warning
2. Side stand down warning light
3. 2T oil pump solenoid
4. Something else I probably forgot.

Will the bike run, yes. But remember, when you use an HRC card you need to re jet so its not going to run correct.
