This is something I have never experience, or heard of, so can't help unfortunately. You could try running through the Electrex Fault Finding Guide in the Workshop section of the Main Site, to see if that shows up any issues that may be causing a shock, but it's a weird one, for sure.

For jetting information, please see the Carb Tuning section on the Main Site. About 2/3 down the page you will find a jetting chart from Aktive Reeds, and a copy of their jetting guide, and at the bottom of the page, HRC base settings. (Bear in mind HRC settings are based on pre-mixed fuels, but these are the only official Honda provided settings.) Frustratingly, the plug-in HRC delimiter for the R5/6K is an "SP" part number, but unlike for the MC16, HRC have never provided any setting info for the class.

Also, you can check with TYGA to see what they recommend with their chambers. I'm afraid we don't allow specific jetting numbers on the public forums, as it has just created way to many problems in the past. Every setup is different, so what works for one, invariably doesn't work for someone else, and can lead to problems and failures.
