From the nsr-world workshop manual, it states for the MC21:

Front Tire - Rider Only - 36psi.
Front Tire - Rider/Passenger - 38psi

Rear Tire - Rider Only - 41psi.
Rear Tire - Rider/Passenger - 43psi

these figures would most likely be for road use.
