Hi, not sure if this has been posted before (I didn't find anything using the search function). It appears someone in Japan converted his NSR250 to fuel injection a couple years ago. The page is in Japanese but if you translate the pages you get a good idea of what he did. I think he made and programmed his own fuel injection computer. There is even a page full of videos showing it in action. Very cool..
