as i have never seen the quality of tyga panels this is by no means aimed towards them.....and also i have heard nothing but good stuff about their kits.
i used to sell bodykits for cars when i was in my first job and i found that fibreglass would or should i say have a tendancy to crack and split anywhere where there was alot of vibration, also on occasion you would get air bubbles between the fible cloth and the outer gel coat which when it was heated up in the spray booth after spraying would expand and crack the panels.
this was all of about 14 years ago so i am sure fibreglass panels are far better now but to answer your question i recon plastic panels would cost the earth to make let alone buy, so if ya want anything but standard fibre glass is the way to go
