The HRC loom includes connections for an in-line HRC module that delimits the PGM III and adjusts the power curve. The HRC fittings are different to the KISS fittings, so the KISS would need modifying. (The KISS does a similar job, but is not quite as effective.)

The difference between the HRC loom and the stock loom is all the wiring associated with non-essential road-going systems (lights, horn, indicators, brake light, etc.) is stripped out. The wiring for the oil pump is also removed as HRC assume you will be using pre-mix.

The HRC harness alone IS NOT enough to delimit an MC21 ignition - you must use the HRC module too.
