A working holiday visa is easy to get but you can only leegally work half-time (but in Japan that'll give you a full-time salary anywhere else).
But a proper work visa is easy if you have got an employer that agrees to sponsor you .. then they do all the work and it's a given. OH! I forgot to mention you have to have a University degree, or it's much harder.
There are also cultural visas thast allow you to work full time but although I know a few people on them they are fairly specific cases (e.g. to learn judo).
