Hmm, sounds like my ex-wife. In the end it turned into a straight up hate dont give a crap relationship Wink

When using the muratic acid use a q-tip to apply it to the aluminum, and don't let the acid be there that long. Will take many applications, but will remove the softer aluminum in the end.

Once you get the aluminum all off, you can take some super fine sand paper/emery cloth, and make sure it's all cleaned up (I use 1200 grit). I useally go at an angle as the same cross hatch already in the cylinder with the paper.
