I don't think they will get a true 80 RWHP out of an RGV and be able to actually run it for any period of time to make it worthwile.
I am sure an NSR can be made to do it, but the real task would be to get it to run 300 or more miles at race pace.
Oh and I don't see punching anything out, or mating up some non standard bore cylinders as a way to get power. That would be like dropping a V8 engine in a VW bug, and say you got 300+ HP out of a VW. Just doesn't mean anything. Stick with the stock 250cc displacement, get the power, and make it somewhat reliable, and then you got something.
