Hi and welcome, I have a 1988 mc-18. I have swaped a few parts form the mc-21 on to my mc18. SE forks all the parts on the front end seem to be the same, radiator, magtek wheels, I have seen rs250 forks on a mc-18. I have not had any reliability problems with my mc18 but i don't ride it daily or (monthly , yearly) .
