i have 090s on at the moment but i am not relly happy running a 160 section rear when it should really be a 150, i used to run GPR70s on my R and i have used D207GPs as well which are also good so its really up to you i am sure you will get some more replys.
as for oil i used the motul 600 in my R and never had a problem (although there are some motul haters on this forum
) but since i have owned the SP i have used rockoil which so far i have not had a problem with either.
