I saw on a messageboard somewhere a CBR600 that had a Tyga MC21 GP tail on it. I believe it's just a matter of modifying the subframe to get it to fit. I think he said it wasn't too difficult a job.

I would think getting a CBR1000 seat to fit on a MC21 would be as easy as modifying the original subframe or fab'ing a new one.
