Using compresed air is extremely dangerous, as the pipe can explode. Any pipe builder worth his salt would most likely use hydraulic pressure - probably oil - but it's not a job to be undertaken lightly.
Send a PM to "martin77" and ask him - he'll be building our race pipes soon.
Like a few of the guys have said though, if they are stock pipes then I wouldn't worry too much as it's probably only the outer "skin" that's dented anyway.
