Back the choke off, My R needs the choke fully open to sart it starts then i need to back it off to half, and its fine, the other thing to do is catch it on the throttle, when it satrts slowly open the throttle and back the choke off at the same time, if its running for a few seconds, back it off... there will be other advise along soon, Oh yeah the se i have dosent need choke AT all unless its really cold.
