And the answer to his question... No you shouldn't need any gaskets. The float bowls are sealed with O rings, so they can be re-used hunderds of times. They only need replacing if they're leaking.

If you do decide to remove the Power Jets for cleaning, make sure you have EXACTLY the right size screwdriver for removing the blanks. If you don't you'll destroy them, and never get the jets out.

I really is worth buying a new screwdriver if you don't have one that's fits well enough.
