Like Dave though, I think you may find them too stiff for the NSR. Even though the CBR400 is notoriously soft for Westerners and they've been suitably uprated, they will have been tuned to suit a 150-160Kg bike instead of a 135Kg one. Unless you are a super-duper-bantam-feather-flyweight, I think the front end could possibly feel like a block of wood!!

You could try dropping the weight of the oil however, say from 15Wt to 10Wt; that may improve the feel, but if the springs are harder than stock, then you are flogging a dead horse! The only way will be to get the CBR forks retuned again! :(
