yeah get him to try his arm, one of my nsr's i can just use my hand to turn it over, grab the kick start and push it down, 2 or 3 times and its away....BUT the other dose need a good kick(ing) lol so try before you buy, but having said that i thing the later is due to some other problem she runs good but is difficul;t to strat sometimes. good luck and as dave says if theres a will there is a way......hey if he's using it for track's a good mate could always give him a push start
