Dont go over the top with jetting, we had a rather in depth debate about this a while ago. StephenRC45 was having trouble with seizures on his 300 kit, my thoughts were too large main jets. You could make the oil to fuel mix weak by increasing the mains too much, that is if you are still using the injector mix system. Another theory is "washing" the oil from the cylinder walls by dumping in too much fuel.
